U.S. Representative Will Hurd was in Eldorado on Tuesday stumping for re-election. Hurd, a Republican, represents the 23rd District of Texas. He stopped by the Schleicher County Annex building where he was greeted by a group of 25-30 citizens who gathered to take part in what he calls his 2018 DC2DQ Tour. He told the audience that Eldorado was the 19th stop on a 38-town tour through all 29 counties in his district. The meetings are held primarily at Dairy Queens in small towns, hence the name DC2DQ.
