Epigmenio Sanchez was born September 26, 1925 in El Remolino, Coahuila, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his wife Herlinda Sanchez, brothers Lupe Sanchez and Rey Sanchez.
He is survived by his second wife Zapopan Sanchez, two sons Heliodoro and wife Sylvia and Eppy Sanchez of Eldorado, two daughters Maria Ramirez of San Angelo and Luz Valero and husband Robert of Eldorado; one brother Jose Sanchez of Eldorado, three sisters Hilaria Ordaz of Eagle Pass, Victoria Torres of California and Magda Sanchez of Houston; 10 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren.
Funeral service is 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 28th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Pallbearers are his grandsons, Heliodoro Sanchez Jr., Larry Sanchez, Jamie Sanchez, Jessie Sanchez, James Ramirez Jr., and Steven Valero.
