Esther Enriquez Arispe

On September 3, 2021, Esther “Esthersita” Enriquez Arispe passed peacefully after a century long life here on earth and into the loving arms of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 6, 2020 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Eldorado Cemetery.

Esther was born one of 5 children on January 17, 1921 to Pabla and Esteban Enriquez in Del Rio, Texas. In 1950 she married her husband Jose Arispe. Together they raised their 3 children: Jose Jr, Violeta and Gilbert in Eldorado, Texas. In her earlier years, she labored at Casa Arispe Restaurant and worked along side her husband ranching.

She dedicated her life to her family. She was not only a mother to her children but also to her stepchildren & a niece she raised as her own.

She had a love for being outdoors, watching novelas and spending time with all her grandchildren. Over the years she enjoyed long walks, road trips to Rocksprings, gardening, and sitting on her front porch visiting with family.

Esther leaves behind her daughter Violeta Rojas, husband Luis Santellano, her son Jose Arispe & Sylvia Corona, stepdaughter Maria Armendarez a niece Anna Piña & three generations of grandchildren

She is preceded in death by her parents Pabla & Esteban Enriquez, her husband Jose Arispe, son Gilbert Arispe, her beloved daughter in law Rosa Arispe, and all 4 siblings
