Sam A. Whitten Sr. died peacefully Thursday, February 15th, 2018. He was born November 1st, 1933 and was 84 years old.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy: his parents Lewis and Fenna Whitten: and brothers Jody and Hal Whitten.
