A Schleicher County jury on Monday, May 20th found Aurelio “Rey” Lucio guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a defective headlight. None of the courtroom observers could recall ever having a traffic ticket for a defective headlight go to trial, much less a jury trial. But, that’s exactly what happened on Monday, May 20, 2019 when a group of prospective jurors assembled in the courtroom inside the Schleicher County Memorial Building.
