The Schleicher County ISD board of trustees met Monday evening, November 13th, and took a preliminary look at financing options for a potential bond election.

Schleicher County Commissioners met Monday, November 13th and voted to approve an application for a reinvestment zone and tax abatement agreement with Cold Creek Solar, LLC for a solar farm north of Eldorado along the Tom Green County line.

The Eldorado City Council met Monday evening, November 13th, and approved hiring TTE, LLC, a Marble Falls, Texas construction company to dismantle the city’s aging ground storage water tank and build a new 250,000 gallon tank.

Eighteen Schleicher County veterans were treated to a full Thanksgiving meal during the regular meeting of Eldorado Woman’s Club. This luncheon began in 2008 and has been a tradition for veterans ever since. It was held in the First Methodist Church fellowship hall.

The Eldorado Game Association held its annual Game Dinner on Saturday, November 4th, at the Schleicher County Civic Center.
