Angelo State University has received an anonymous challenge grant of up to $1 million aimed specifically at funding renovations and updates to the ASU Rodeo Arena (formerly the Bly Arena) at the San Angelo Fairgrounds, which will be the practice facility for the new ASU Rodeo Team.
