Kick off the holiday season by visiting Fort Concho’s largest annual event. Held during the first full weekend in December, Christmas at Old Fort Concho transforms the fort’s 40 acres and 24 buildings into a winter wonderland. Everything gets underway at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7th and concludes at 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 8th.
