City Council Members Look to Increase Their Meeting Stipends and Extend Utility Fee Waivers

The Eldorado City Council met Monday evening, January 8th and decided to hold a public hearing so they can increase the stipend that council members are paid for attending meetings, as well as extending the time council members can receive reduced price utilities.
