CAMERON, MO – Loretta Pearl Vinlove, 83, passed away June 25, 2023, at home with her family by her side. She was born May 19, 1940 in McLouth, Kansas to Frank and Helen (Winslow) Harwood.
Loretta married John Vinlove on September 4, 1971. They were married 44 years until his death in 2015. Loretta was a mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She taught piano and was an organist.
She was an active participant in the children’s activities as a Campfire leader. She attended track meets, plays, band performances, and traveled to visit her children as they served in the military.
Loretta will be remembered for her faith in the Lord, her wit, kindness, beautiful smile, and superior pitch playing skills.
Loretta is survived by her daughter Rebecca Vinlove (Steven Ingram), Polo, Missouri, son J. P. Vinlove (Heidi Ales), Apopka, Florida, grandson Jackson Vinlove, Morehead City, North Carolina, and sister Marie Bahnmeier, Lenexa, Kansas.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, July 20, 2023, at the Poland-Thompson Chapel with visitation one hour prior, 1:00 PM-2:00 PM.
