The Schleicher County ISD board of trustees met Monday evening, March 6th and voted to hire Kristin Sissom to be the elementary principal. She is currently employed as the middle school principal at Crockett County CCSD.
The board also voted to accept the resignation of Richard Ramsey. He teaches 7th grade history and was the head girls basketball coach.
Sissom’s hiring and Ramsey’s resignation are both effective at the end of the current school year.
